Bayou Blackening— Use on fish, chicken or beef.  Lots of flavor, whole herb texture with medium-high heat.

Cajun BarBQ Seasoning—A little sweet with Smokey Hickory flavor. 

Back Bay Blend-- A Southwest/Cajun flavor with a little heat.  Great on fish, poultry, pork and beef. 

Seafood Seasoning—  A traditional Gulf Coast style seasoning great on fish; in salad dressings; marinades; and soups.

E-Z Season—   A Greek style all purpose seasoning. 

Mardi Gras Confetti. – A dry garnish used on plate rims or on wet items for an explosion of color!!

Chef Johnny’s Chop House— A dry Coarse ground and cracked combination of herbs, peppers, salt and seasonings.  Traditional Midwest style meat seasoning.

Sweet Heat- A little bit of sweet with flavorful heat!

Bourbon Molasses Grill Rub. Strong Bourbon flavor, heavy Molasses with a little heat.

Sweet Orange Habañero—  Bright red & Orange color. Raw sugar sweetness and Orange peel with chili pepper heat. 

Mesquite Grill Rub– Dry rub with that wonderful mesquite flavor.

Gramma Nettie’s Pie Spice--  Dry seasoning blend of cinnamon, nutmeg and other exotic spices with a touch of bourbon powder.  Great on pies, ice cream, French toast and desserts.

Mrs. Cash”s Salt Free Blend– A Salt and MSG free product used as an all-purpose seasoning.

Southwest Santa Fe – No MSG  added to this traditional Southwest seasoning. 

Key Lime Caribbean Jerk -- No MSG added. Great dry seasoning with a touch of key lime for the Island flare.  Use on seafood, fish, pork or chicken.

Garlic Lover’s Meat Rub – Garlic chips and granulated garlic with Worcestershire powder add that perfect garlic rub for all meats.

 Key Lime Jerk--NO MSG in this great Jerk seasoning with Key Lime.
