Greek Salad Pella Tambakou Zographou, Athens, Greece

Very easy for 1 - 2 persons

- 1 - 2 big tomatoes
- 1 small cucumber, or half
- 1 onion
- 1 cup of Greek feta cheese in cubes
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 5 - 6 olives "Kalamon" or other black olives
- salt and oregano

In a (hollow) dish, you cut the tomatoes in cubes. You add the cucumber in
slices, the onion in slices and the olives. You mix them together. You add
feta cheese. After that, you pour the salad with the oil, and you add salt
and oregano, as much as you want (not too much salt because the cheese is
already salted). You mix all the materials, and you serve. Enjoy!!

I hope that you'll enjoy it as much as I do. I think that it' s delicious,
and very easy to cook in a rush. Pella
