Serves 8Creole Cucumber Sauce
| 3/4 cup | Sour Cream |
| 1/2 cup | peeled and chopped cucumber |
| 1/4 c. | Mayonnaise |
| 1/4 cup | Creole Mustard or Coarse Ground Mustard |
| 1 T. | dried chives |
| 1 T. | dried parsley |
| 1/4 tsp. | salt |
| 1/4 tsp. | dried dill weed |
| 1 T. | Chef Johnny's Garlic Lover's |
Combine all ingredients and allow to chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Fantastic over salmon, broiled or pan fried fish!!
