2 Cups     Heavy Duty mayonnaise
½ Cup     Finely chopped celery
½ Cup     Chopped green onion
½ Cup     Diced Red Pepper
1 Tbs       Chef Johnny's
Creole
Seasoning
1 Tbs Chef
Johnny's Mesquite
Grill Rub
then thoroughly mix. In a large mixing bowl, add chicken, red peppers,
celery and green onions. Add seasoned mayonnaise and blend.
Refrigerate for at least one hour or until chilled.
