Boiled Raisin Cake

RAISINS...RAISINS...RAISINS..........I LOVE RAISINS.   

4.75 PAWS...................MR. BONES!!!!!

Preheat oven to 350*

1 pound seeded raisins
2 cups cold water
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 large tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Cook all ingredients on stovetop until sugars are dissolved. Cool slightly.

Mix 1/2 cup walnuts in 3 cups of flour. Add to cooled mixture and mix well.

Pour into a 9x13" oblong pan and bake for 35 minutes.

*** This cake is so good you don't even need to frost it!
