Zucchini Favorite

Sauté sliced mushrooms in a stick of butter until done. Then add two small thinly sliced zucchini. After both are cooked, add a quart of fresh, hopefully, canned tomatoes.

Let simmer together for about half hour together to let flavors blend.

This mixture is also real good for pouring into an oven bag with chicken and cooking as directed. Real good served over rice.
