Polish Potato Casserole

1 can Cheddar Cheese soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp or so Chef Johnny's Back Bay Blend
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms or 1 can of mushrooms
3 cups shredded potatoes
8 Polish Sausages cut into 1/8 inch slices 1 cup shredded Monterey jack and cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray. Blend the soup, sour cream and milk in a small bowl and set aside. Arrange shredded potatoes in the bottom of the pan. Layer the sausage, and mushrooms. Pour the soup mixture over the sausage and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
