Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
Blend the soup, sour cream and milk in a small bowl and set aside.
Arrange shredded potatoes in the bottom of the pan. Layer the sausage,
and mushrooms. Pour the soup mixture over the sausage and mushrooms.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes. Makes 4-6
servings.
