Guava Chicken

Ingredients:

• 4--Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts 
• Olive Oil
• Pineapple chunks
• Guava Delight

Instructions:

Place chicken breasts in a plastic food bag and lightly pound to flatten with a smooth food mallet.  Remove from bag and place in a clean bag.  Add 1/2 cup Olive oil and enough Guava Delight to coat each chicken breast.  Set in bowl and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.  Remove from bag and sauté or place on grill.  Sautee the pineapple chunks in butter and our Pie Spice  and Guava Delight to use as a garnish. 

Use on Chicken, Fish, Seafood and Pork!
