Cuban Rum Spice

Rum, Butter and Molasses.  Use on Pork, Chicken, Seafood to add that unbelievable flavor of Rum.  NO MSG! 5oz


Cuban Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 4--Pork tenderloins (12oz ave) 
  • 1/4 Cup orange juice
  • 1/4 Cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 Med. Onion thinly sliced
  • 6--gloves garlic, minced
  • 1  Bay leaf, crumbled
  • Cuban Rum Seasoning

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients except the pork in a resealable plastic food bag.  The add the pork to marinade.  Close bag and turn pork to coat.  Refrigerate overnight, turning pork once.  In a 400 degree preheated oven, transfer pork to baking pan.  Discard marinade.  Cook until internal temperature of pork reaches 150degrees.  Remove from oven, allow to rest for 5 minutes before carving.  Arrange on platter with orange slices and cilantro leaves.
